I’m a New York City–based artist and arts educator with a passion for helping others tap into their own creative voice. After earning my MFA from Pratt Institute in 2009, I’ve spent the past decade-plus actively exhibiting my work throughout NYC and the Hudson Valley, while also dedicating myself to teaching.

As an educator, I’ve worked with students of all ages and experience levels — from absolute beginners to practicing artists — offering both personalized, one-on-one instruction and dynamic group classes. My teaching is rooted in the fundamentals of painting and drawing, with a strong emphasis on observation, technique, and personal expression.

Whether you're looking to build foundational skills, reignite your creative practice, or explore new directions in your work, my goal is to meet you where you are and support your growth as an artist. I work with each student as an individual, whether in one on one lessons or in a group environment, and strive to create a welcoming, supportive and encouraging space where students feel inspired to take risks, ask questions, pursue their unique artistic interests and grow.
